Martin, previously held the role of General Manager of Infrastructure for one of Western Australia’s leading construction companies, having worked from the ground up starting out as a formwork carpenter. This experience underpins Perdon’s business model enabling the relationships formed throughout this time to attract the highest calibre teams who align with their unrelenting commitment to project delivery.

Through his hands-on leadership approach and experience working across a range of projects in the oil and gas, mining and infrastructure sectors in Australia, Martin brings a strong management capability and proven track record in project management and developing a business.
Martin is the founding Director of Perdon Group. He has had an extensive career spanning 12 years in the Australian Construction Industry and has held key senior management positions, most recently General Manager of Infrastructure for one of Western Australia’s leading construction companies.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry [Hons] with a Masters in Applied Chemistry where he worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry before diversifying into the construction industry.
